Acer Swift Go 14 AI (SFG14-64, Ryzen AI 7 350) im Test

Ausführlicher Test

The Swift Go 14 AI is the lightest laptop on this page apart from the Snapdragon OmniBook, and it keeps a proper port selection. Acer's UK specification page for the SFG14-64-R63R (NX.JDAEK.001) lists AMD's eight-core Ryzen AI 7 350 with a 50 TOPS NPU, 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, a 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD and a 14-inch 1920 x 1200 OLED screen with 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage. It weighs about 1.29 kg and has a 75 Wh battery with a 100 W charger.

Ports are two USB4, two USB-A, HDMI 2.1 and a headphone jack, with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. A UK retailer listing quotes a 400 nit panel, a 1440p webcam with a privacy shutter and a 24-hour battery claim; Acer's own page does not state these, so treat them as indicative. Root Nation, which tested a 32GB, 2.8K 120Hz version, found mixed use lasting about seven to eight hours and video playback of ten to eleven hours, enough for a working day, and praised the display, keyboard and 1440p webcam.

The compromises are sensible ones. Reviewers report soldered memory, so buy the amount you need now. There is no SD card reader or Ethernet, and the thin body runs warm in sustained heavy work. PC Welt and Root Nation both scored this family highly (90% and 93% on Notebookcheck's listing). For travel, lectures and everyday office work it is an easy recommendation.
