Bosch Series 4 KUR21VFE0G review

Full review

If you are fitting a kitchen and want an extra fridge under the worktop, or a main fridge in a small kitchen with a separate freezer elsewhere, the KUR21VFE0G is a strong choice. Bosch's UK page and Euronics Ireland agree on 134 litres of fridge space, an E energy rating at 93 kWh a year and just 35 dB(A), noise class B.

That noise figure matters more than it sounds: under-counter fridges sit at knee height in the kitchen, often near where you sit. At 35 dB(A) it will be barely audible.

Inside there are three shelves, two of them adjustable, two door bins and LED lighting. The door uses a flat-hinge fixed-door system, which is simpler and sturdier than sliding hinges, and the hinge can be swapped to open the other way. The appliance is 820mm high, 598mm wide and 548mm deep, and needs a standard 820 x 600 x 550mm niche under the worktop.

Bosch's UK shop and Euronics Ireland showed it out of stock when we checked, while Euronics UK and other retailers still listed it. Bosch is currently offering five years' warranty on registration.
