Best 75-inch OLED TVs in 2026 (77-inch models)

Updated · 6 products compared · 18 features compared

Search for a 75-inch OLED TV and you will mostly find 77-inch sets. That is not a mistake: OLED panels are made in 77 inches, not 75, so 77 inches is the OLED equivalent of 75. The extra two inches add only about 5 cm of width.

Below we compare the best 77-inch OLEDs you can buy in the UK, Ireland and Europe in 2026, from LG's affordable B6 to Panasonic's flagship Z95B. If you need exactly 75 inches to fit a gap, we have also included one clearly labelled 75-inch Mini-LED alternative.

Quick answer: Best overall: LG C6 77", which gets LG's brighter tandem panel at this size. Best value: LG B6 77". Best built-in sound: Panasonic Z95B 77". Need exactly 75 inches: Sony Bravia 7 II 75" (Mini-LED, not OLED).

Pros

  • 77 and 83-inch sizes get the upgraded tandem panel
  • Four HDMI inputs with 4K 120Hz and VRR up to 165Hz
  • Dolby Vision for gaming
  • webOS security updates to end of 2030

Cons

  • No HDR10+
  • Glossy screen can show reflections
  • Vivid picture mode is not accurate

The C6 is LG's mid-range OLED and the one most people should buy. At 77 inches it is especially good value, because LG fits the 77 and 83-inch models with its Primary RGB Tandem panel, a brighter design that the 42 to 65-inch C6 models do not get. In LG's range that makes the larger sizes the brighter ones.

LG's UK spec page lists four HDMI inputs, all handling 4K at 120Hz with variable refresh rate up to 165Hz, auto low latency mode and quick media switching. That makes it one of the most flexible TVs for gaming: you can connect a PS5, an Xbox and a PC without giving up a port, with the soundbar on the eARC input.

HDR support covers Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG, but not HDR10+, which matters little in practice since most streaming services also offer Dolby Vision or plain HDR10.

The screen finish is glossy, so a room with strong daylight from behind the sofa is not ideal. Stick to Filmmaker or Cinema mode, as Vivid mode exaggerates colour. Overall, this is the safest choice at this size.

LG B6 77" (OLED77B65LA)

Pros

  • Cheapest 77-inch OLED here
  • Four HDMI 2.1 ports
  • Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG support
  • Perfect OLED blacks

Cons

  • Less bright than the C6 on paper (standard panel, Alpha 8 processor)
  • Tops out at 120Hz rather than 165Hz
  • No HDR10+

The B6 is LG's entry-level OLED for 2026 and the most affordable way to get a 77-inch OLED from a big brand. You still get the key OLED strengths: true black, no blooming and wide viewing angles.

Where it saves money is brightness and processing. It uses a standard WOLED panel and the Alpha 8 processor, whereas the C6 at 77 inches gets the brighter tandem panel and Alpha 11. In a dim or evening-lit room that is hard to notice, but in a bright conservatory or a room with big windows the C6 should look punchier.

It keeps four HDMI 2.1 inputs, with VRR and ALLM for gaming, but runs at up to 120Hz rather than 165Hz. That is no limitation for PS5 or Xbox Series X, which stop at 120Hz anyway; only PC gamers would notice.

HDR support is Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. The stand uses wide-set feet, so check your TV unit is wide enough. For a family who mainly watches TV and films after dark, the B6 delivers most of the OLED experience for noticeably less.

Samsung S90H 77" OLED (QE77S90H)
Best for bright rooms

Samsung S90H 77" OLED (QE77S90H)

A well-priced OLED with Samsung's anti-glare screen and four 165Hz HDMI inputs, but no Dolby Vision.

Each shop shows its own price, currency and delivery terms. Not every shop delivers abroad, and taxes can differ.

Pros

  • Glare Free screen cuts reflections
  • All four HDMI inputs run 4K at up to 165Hz
  • Seven years of Tizen OS upgrades promised
  • Strong HDR10+ support

Cons

  • No Dolby Vision
  • Panel type can vary between sizes
  • Tizen home screen pushes Samsung's own content

The S90H is Samsung's mid-range OLED for 2026, sitting below the S95H and S99H. Its stand-out feature for UK homes is the Glare Free screen finish, which is designed to diffuse window and lamp reflections far better than a standard glossy OLED. If your 77-inch TV will face a window, that alone may make it the better pick.

Samsung's spec sheet, as listed by Euronics Ireland, gives 4K at up to 165Hz on all four HDMI inputs plus eARC, so it matches LG's C6 for gaming connectivity. The panel is 100Hz native with VRR up to 165Hz.

The main catch is HDR: Samsung supports HDR10+ (including the new HDR10+ Advanced) but still not Dolby Vision. Content in Dolby Vision plays in standard HDR10 instead, which still looks good but lacks the scene-by-scene tuning.

Samsung may use different OLED panel types across the S90H range depending on size, so two S90Hs of different sizes may not look identical. Tizen is fast and comes with a seven-year upgrade promise, though the home screen promotes Samsung TV Plus heavily.

Pros

  • Supports both Dolby Vision and HDR10+
  • 170W built-in Atmos sound system
  • Bright tandem OLED panel
  • Freely for UK live TV built in

Cons

  • Only two HDMI 2.1 ports
  • Chunky design to fit the speakers
  • Very heavy for the size

Panasonic's Z95B is a 2025 flagship that remains Panasonic's top OLED in 2026. It uses a Primary RGB Tandem OLED panel with Panasonic's ThermalFlow cooling, which lets it run brighter than older OLEDs while keeping perfect black.

Its big selling point is sound. Panasonic builds in a 360 Soundscape Pro system rated at 170W, with upward-firing and side speakers for Dolby Atmos. If you do not want a separate soundbar, this is the most powerful built-in audio in this list, though a cabinet this size is no substitute for a dedicated subwoofer.

It is also one of the few OLEDs to support both Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ Adaptive, so you get the best version of HDR whichever format a service uses.

For gaming it is weaker than LG and Samsung: only two of the four HDMI inputs are listed as full HDMI 2.1, although it reaches 144Hz. The smart system is Amazon's Fire TV, which is easy to use and includes Freely in the UK, but leans on Amazon content. It is sold as the TV-77Z95B across the UK and Europe; the UK retail code is TV-77Z95BEB.

Philips OLED811 77" Ambilight (77OLED811)

Philips OLED811 77" Ambilight (77OLED811)

Best for: Ambilight and both HDR formats · Upper mid-range

A well-specified mid-range OLED with Ambilight, four HDMI 2.1 inputs and both Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

Ad · affiliate links

Compare prices in other countries

Each shop shows its own price, currency and delivery terms. Not every shop delivers abroad, and taxes can differ.

Pros

  • Three-sided Ambilight makes the screen feel bigger
  • Supports Dolby Vision 2 and HDR10+
  • Four HDMI 2.1 inputs up to 165Hz
  • Works with Alexa, Google Assistant and AirPlay 2

Cons

  • TitanOS has fewer apps than Google TV
  • 77-inch was the last size to launch
  • Regular OLED EX panel, not tandem

Philips TVs stand out for Ambilight: LEDs on the back that throw coloured light onto the wall to match the picture. On a 77-inch screen it makes the image feel even larger and reduces eye strain in a dark room. The OLED811 has Ambilight on three sides.

TP Vision, which makes Philips TVs, lists four HDMI 2.1 inputs with up to 165Hz, FreeSync Premium and G-Sync compatibility, so it is a capable gaming TV. HDR support is broad: it is among the first TVs with Dolby Vision 2 Max, and it also handles HDR10+, so it covers both formats.

The 77-inch uses an OLED EX panel that TP Vision rates at up to 2,500 nits peak brightness. That is a manufacturer figure, but it signals this is a bright mid-range set rather than an entry model.

The smart system is TitanOS. It has Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube and more, but fewer apps overall than Google TV. The 77-inch was due in September 2026, so availability may still be patchy in some shops. Philips uses the same OLED811 name in the UK and the EU; retail codes end in /12.

Sony Bravia 7 II 75" True RGB (K-75XR75M2) - not OLED
Exact 75" alternative

Sony Bravia 7 II 75" True RGB (K-75XR75M2) - not OLED

Best for: When it must be exactly 75 inches · Upper mid-range

Not an OLED: a 75-inch RGB Mini-LED for spaces where a 77-inch set will not fit.

Compare prices in other countries

Each shop shows its own price, currency and delivery terms. Not every shop delivers abroad, and taxes can differ.

Pros

  • Exactly 75 inches
  • Natural colour from Sony processing
  • Brighter than most OLEDs for daytime viewing
  • Google TV app choice

Cons

  • LCD, so blacks and viewing angles trail OLED
  • Only two HDMI 2.1 ports
  • Glossy, reflective screen

We have included this one for people who need a TV that is exactly 75 inches, for example to fit an alcove or a cabinet. It is not an OLED. The Bravia 7 II is an LCD with Sony's True RGB backlight, meaning separate red, green and blue LEDs light the panel for richer colour than a standard Mini-LED.

Sony pitches it as bringing OLED-like colour and brightness at a lower price. But it still behaves like an LCD in some ways: expect some blooming around bright objects on dark backgrounds, and contrast fades when you sit off to the side. The glossy screen will also reflect lamps and windows.

Only two of its four HDMI inputs are HDMI 2.1, and one doubles as eARC. It runs at 120Hz, supports Dolby Vision but not HDR10+, and uses Google TV.

If you can fit 77 inches, any of the OLEDs above will give you deeper blacks and better side viewing. If you cannot, this is a strong 75-inch choice. The UK model is K-75XR75M2 (retail code K75XR75M2PB).

Buying guide

Why there is no 75-inch OLED

OLED panels are cut from large glass sheets in set sizes, and the size closest to 75 inches is 77. A 77-inch screen is only about 5 cm wider and 3 cm taller than a 75-inch one, so in most rooms it fits the same space. If your gap is tight, measure the TV's full width including the frame, not just the screen size.

Why 77 inches is a sweet spot for LG C6

LG fits the 77 and 83-inch C6 with its brighter Primary RGB Tandem panel, while the smaller sizes use a standard panel. That makes the 77-inch C6 a better TV, not just a bigger one.

Dolby Vision or HDR10+?

Both formats adjust HDR scene by scene. LG and Sony support only Dolby Vision, Samsung only HDR10+, and Panasonic and Philips support both. Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV lean towards Dolby Vision; Prime Video uses both. Missing one format is not a disaster, as the TV falls back to standard HDR10.

Gaming: count the HDMI 2.1 ports

HDMI 2.1 is needed for 4K at 120Hz from a PS5, Xbox Series X or PC. LG, Samsung and Philips give you four such ports; Panasonic and Sony give you two, and one of those is usually the soundbar (eARC) port.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a 75-inch OLED TV?

Not from the major brands. OLED TVs come in 77 inches, which is the OLED equivalent of 75 inches. The extra two inches add only about 5 cm of width.

Will a 77-inch TV fit where a 75-inch TV did?

Usually, but check. The screen of a 77-inch TV is about 1.70 metres wide versus about 1.66 metres for a 75-inch model, and frames add a little more. Measure your space and the TV's listed width before buying.

What is the best 77-inch OLED TV in 2026?

For most people the LG C6 77-inch, because at this size it gets LG's brighter tandem panel and four HDMI 2.1 ports. The LG B6 is the budget pick and the Panasonic Z95B is best if you want strong built-in sound.

Is a 77-inch OLED too big for my room?

For 4K, a seating distance of about 2 to 3 metres suits a 77-inch screen well. Most UK living rooms can manage that.

Do 77-inch OLEDs suffer from burn-in?

Modern OLEDs use pixel shifting and refresh routines to reduce the risk, and normal mixed viewing is very unlikely to cause it. Leaving the same static logo or game HUD on screen for many hours every day raises the risk.
