Full review
The UR9S is Hisense's flagship RGB Mini LED TV, and at 75 inches it is a serious alternative to a large OLED for a bright room. Hisense pitches it on backlight control, bright HDR and a premium sound system.
Hisense UK lists a 180Hz panel for the 75-inch, with three HDMI 2.1 inputs that all support VRR up to 180Hz and ALLM; HDMI 3 carries eARC. HDR coverage is very wide: Dolby Vision 2, HDR10+ Adaptive, HDR10 and HLG, plus Dolby Vision and HDR10+ gaming.
The sound is a Devialet-tuned 4.1.2-channel system with up-firing drivers, which should be strong by TV standards, so many owners may not need a soundbar.
As a backlit LCD, viewing angles are narrower than on an OLED and blacks are not quite as deep, though at 75 inches that matters less for a family sitting in front of the screen. Hisense lists 34.5kg without the stand and a large 600 x 400 VESA pattern, so check your bracket.
