Full review
The Q7F is for people who want an 85-inch screen without paying for Mini LED. Retailer listings describe a 4K QLED panel with the Q4 AI processor, Quantum HDR, a 50 Hz refresh rate and three HDMI ports. A QLED panel without a Mini LED backlight offers richer colour than an ordinary LED set, but it cannot match the contrast of the QN80H or the TCL.
The listing gives 20 W RMS stereo sound and a digital tuner for terrestrial and satellite signals. The screen is 1901.2 mm wide without the stand and weighs 32.5 kg, with a 600 x 400 mm VESA pattern, so the mounting needs are the same as for the QN80H.
The data on this model is thin. The retailer page we could read does not list HDR formats, HDMI version, VRR, ALLM, eARC, voice assistants or the smart platform, and Samsung's own UK page was not available to us. The 50 Hz panel and three non-2.1 ports are limiting for a console, so this is a TV for streaming, sport and family viewing. Samsung's range is dated 2025 in retailer listings, so check whether a newer model has replaced it before you buy.

Spec check note: We could not load Samsung's own page for this size, so figures come from one retailer listing, and anything it did not state is shown as Not stated. The listing gives height x width x depth as 108.8 x 190.12 x 6.14 cm, which we have converted to width x height x depth. It lists the weight as 32.5 kg and the HDMI count but not the version.
