Full review
Beko's BM3T3922W is a simple 9 kg heat pump dryer for Great Britain. Beko's UK page and Appliance World agree on the label figures: A+ on the older GB label, 287.4 kWh a year and 64 dB(A). Beko gives condensation class B at 82 per cent and a full-load cotton cycle of 229 minutes.
It is the least efficient heat pump in this list, using about half as much again as the Bosch on the same GB label, but it is still around half the electricity of the Beko condenser model. If you dry a few loads a week, the saving over a condenser dryer adds up within a few years.
Useful touches include a direct drain hose in the box, a top-mounted tank with a full indicator, a clean-filter light and sensor drying. Its 15 programmes include Duvet, Jeans, Shirts, Bedding, Hygienic Drying and Xpress Super Short for small loads.
Beko says it is not available in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, so Irish buyers should look at the Hoover HLE H9A2DE-80 instead. Cover is one year, plus ten years on parts if registered within 90 days.
